Soul Calibur is easily one of our favourite games, it’s got it all. Brilliant characters, including skimpily clad ladies with improbable boobs, fast moving action, one of the most intuitive and forgiving control systems of all the fighting games, and, best of all, a truckload of over-sized weapons. Namco came to EndoftheLine looking for a unique viral video to promote the 5th instalment in the series. Probs and Zadok took out the Great Eastern Street wall with a Soul Calibur V themed production, the resulting time-lapse footage received 80,000 hits on the Namco youtube channel in it’s first two weeks and spread across the internet like a tidal wave. Namco were overjoyed with the reaction and we were commissioned to run an interactive photobooth and live-tee shirt printing setup at the UK and EU Soul Calibur V championships.
