#TRIBE15 at Ugly Duck

This weekend, Chrom-Art curated their second instalment of #TRIBE15; a weekend only exhibition that features the very best in emerging talent spanning across a mix of mediums. We got a glimpse of everything from interpretive dance, live painting, video mapping and interactive animation that took place at the Ugly Duck space in London Bridge.

The range of work was as impressive as the quality and notable work came from the likes of Charles Harrop-Griffiths, Jordi Piniagua, Roger De Casanove, David Maraton, Xavi Odena & Micromacro. David Maraton wowed us with a short video mapping presentation, blending 3d shapes with sound and motion. Charles Harrop-Griffiths set up an interactive video mapping screen that moved with the kinetics of a subjects hand when held above an infrared camera, Piniagua & De Casanove captivated us with neons through sculpture and print and Micromacro gave us an intimate and beautifully presented interpretive dance show.

EndoftheLine’s Jim Vision was also amongst the line-up and gave us an insight in to ‘a day in the life of’ by live painting a few of his most recent canvasses.
The show was a great success and we thoroughly look forward to the next show that Chrom-art have in store for us!
