Mix2 from Incandescent Artists

Last week we waddled our asses over Mix2, the second instalment from Incandescent Artist‘s Lee Button.

Mix2 is exactly what it says on the package, an excellent mix of emerging and established talent curated beautifully in the Underdog Gallery space. Featuring works and prints from over 35 artists, notable work came from new faces Tom Lewis who showed off some of his larger canvases, and Liam Motyer with super smooth wooden carved skulls and hearts.

Jim Vision at Upfest – The Urban Paint Fest 2015

Last weekend Jim Vision and the rest of the EndoftheLine gang headed over to the West Country to join artists in their masses pilgrimage to the annual Upfest; Bristols Urban Paint Festival.

Jim was given a solo spot spanning over a 5 metre wide wall space and filled it with one of his classic comic-esque badass women. Painting a beautiful depiction of X-men’s Surge trapped in a whirlwind of tentacles, electric bolts, eroding wasteland and fire, all giving a powerful image of inevitable doom. What Jim Vision does best.
